Cabinet Sales Spikes Bode Well for Kitchen Cabinetry Business Today’s post shares data from current kitchen cabinetry business reports that are getting entrepreneurs excited. Read on to learn why so many are flocking to the kitchen cabinetry business, and how to get started today.

The Kitchen Cabinetry Market in 2018

Cabinet sales are climbing in 2018, according to a recent report by the Kitchen Cabinet Manufacturers Association (KCMA). Their summer survey indicated that stock cabinet sales were up 9.4%, and custom sales rose 5.2%, as compared to figures from September of last year. The Kitchen Cabinet Manufacturers Association’s monthly Trend of Business Survey indicated that this marked the sixth straight month of year-over-year growth for the cabinet industry, which is fantastic news for entrepreneurs working in the kitchen cabinetry business. KCMA findings echo long-term cabinet industry projections published by the Freedonia Group in their 10th edition of the Cabinet Market in the U.S report. Their research looked specifically at which cabinet styles were seeing sales spikes, and the results got the Kitchen Solvers franchisees excited. According to their study, both base and kitchen wall cabinets will post strong gains for the foreseeable future, with the former boasting the majority of demand. Base cabinets are expected to appreciate by 5.2% annually through 2021, which is reportedly linked to the rising demand for larger kitchens as well as outdoor setups. Furthermore, tall kitchen cabinets will enjoy strong demand for the next few years at a projected growth rate of 7.7%. By 2021, their market value will have reach $3.2-billion.

Take Advantage of Surging Cabinets Sales with Kitchen Solvers

Think you need carpentry or contracting experience to run a kitchen cabinet business? Think again. We provide in-depth installation training and ongoing installation support to make sure our team has everything they need to get their share of the booming kitchen cabinetry business. In fact, some of our most successful franchisees entered into our system without any experience in those areas. Additionally, our start-up process works for experienced contractors who lack the confidence, skills, and experience to branch out on their own: “We knew how to install kitchens, but what we didn’t know how to do was run a company, like manage a website and handle the sales side of things,” said Shane Svarczkopf and William Newkrik. But again our training program, business model, and support services shined, helping them set up a successful Florida franchise. Need further proof? A similar story played out in South Carolina: “When it comes to accounting, I am a lost soul,” jokes John Andreas of Kitchen Solvers of Greer, SC. Here was another handyman talent who just needed the right support system to bring his dreams to life.  “Kitchen Solvers taught me what I needed to know on the financial side so that my business could be as successful as its been.” You can watch more testimonials from real Kitchen Solvers franchisees here.
