Step 1: Develop Your Business Plan

Step 2: Coordinate a Training Plan

Kitchen Solvers has a structured initial training that consists of 70 hours of business training in accounting, business management, financial management, personnel management, marketing and advertising, sales and operations. With some franchise partners, the training is also offered virtually. There is also an immersive 30 hours of hands-on product, cabinet refacing and installation training. During this time we tailor the training to you to make sure we’re covering the topics that are less familiar to you and answering all of your questions. We make sure that when you leave La Crosse, Wisconsin, you’ll feel ready to launch the business, but also know that you will still need our continued support and training as you approach new situations.

Step 3: Set up Your Business System for Success

Our Onboarding Specialist works diligently to set up a full digital footprint for each of our locations. She launches each location’s customized website, listings on 400+ online directories, social accounts, email drip campaigns, and customer relationship management (CRM) tool.
