David Kish, Director of Franchise Development

David

David Kish has been with Kitchen Solvers since 2017. He started as the Director of Operations and has been the Director of Franchise Development since March 2024. Since joining the Kitchen Solvers team, David has rejuvenated the sales and operations systems to make sure franchise partners are staying ahead of the competition. “Homeowners today acquire information faster than they ever have before; they desire instant gratification. If we cannot provide information in a timely manner or we take too long with our processes, homeowners will find someone else who will,” David says. By revamping the sales processes, creating a means to accomplish virtual sales, bringing in new business relations vendors, and enhancing the Kitchen Solvers project estimating program, he continually strives to give franchise partners that leg-up on other kitchen remodelers in their area.

As Director of Operations for Kitchen Solvers, David believes that homeowner satisfaction and franchise partner success are intertwined; one cannot exist without the other. Not only do processes have to be profitable and efficient, they must also bring value to homeowners. David coaches franchise partners to keep that in mind when taking their businesses through stages of growth.

Before coming to Kitchen Solvers, David was working for a Midwest, whole-home remodeling company in sales management and training in the Southwest Wisconsin branch. David worked his way up in the company, spending time in all areas of that business, including installation and office work. He cultivated a valuable knowledgebase of how to unite many different, skilled positions into an efficient and well-oiled, remodeling machine. In his free time, David enjoys traveling the world with his wife, Laura, and watching his two sons, William and Oliver, grow up. He also enjoys scuba diving, golfing, and trying new foods.
