Kitchen Solvers of Spring Hill Tennessee Owners

Kitchen Solvers is excited to announce Andy White and Marty Ness-White as the new owners of Kitchen Solvers of Spring Hill, Tennessee. Andy and Marty come to Kitchen Solvers with diverse backgrounds, experience in both sales and project management and the drive to succeed. With a strong passion to help people and create more beauty in their community, Andy and Marty are the perfect husband-wife duo to own and operate the Spring Hill, Tennessee location.

Prior to Kitchen Solvers, Andy was working for General Motors. His career has ranged from line supervision, maintenance supervision, and management, to various roles in manufacturing engineering and engineering management. He has designed custom tooling for process improvements, procured capital equipment, and oversaw installation and start-up. Andy also spent a few years waiting tables and working in the restaurant industry prior to his career at General Motors. He feels the experience he gained from the restaurant industry gave him an opportunity to be successful in client relationships.

Marty has a strong sales background and has always enjoyed relationship-building and making people feel comfortable and appreciative during the sales process. She is a disabled veteran who spent time both in mechanical and administrative roles. Her son, Jake, jumped on the chance to get out of the corporate realm and left his job at Audi Nashville as a technician. He has a passion for woodworking and was excited to be able to grow and develop the business with Marty & Andy. This threesome will make a perfect combination for the sales and installation sides of the Kitchen Solvers business. Andy will be able to utilize his analytical brain to project manage and engineer projects, while Jake will be able to dive in with speed and accuracy on the installation side. Marty is confident in her ability to create relationships that will give homeowners the most pleasant remodeling experience, with Jake as a backup in sales relations as well.

When they’re not working, Andy and Marty enjoy the outdoors, doing things like kayaking, sailing, camping, and hiking. Marty likes to spend her time doing macrame, cooking, and she also enjoys giving back to the veteran community, being a disabled veteran herself. Andy enjoys bowling and remodeling homes. They both love to entertain and hang out with family and friends. And Jake loves to work out, play video games, work on his Jeep, and do outdoor activities.

Why Kitchen Solvers

Andy decided he wanted to leave corporate America and be his own boss. He decided to reach out to a friend who left the corporate insurance world about twelve years ago to go out on his own.  It turned out that his friend was in the process of selling his franchise and becoming a franchise consultant when Andy called him, so he hired him and found out about Kitchen Solvers.

When asked why he decided to join Kitchen Solvers, Andy mentioned how much he enjoys making better use of spaces when he remodels his own home. He said he thought he would enjoy doing that for others as well. Since Kitchen Solvers had high industry ratings and good feedback from franchisees and customers, Andy said it was an easy decision for him to own his own Kitchen Solvers franchise.

“At the Meet the Team Day, I got to be myself and feel like I was part of a family,” Marty states. Andy adds, “Even though the positive energy and work ethic shows during Zoom calls and other exchanges, the Meet the Team Day experience was the best. I could see the whole team really cares about everyone at Kitchen Solvers.”

Andy and Marty both state they are most excited to see the smile on their client’s faces when they complete a remodeling project. Their passion for a pleasant remodeling experience, coupled with their sales and project management skillsets are the perfect recipe for a successful Kitchen Solvers location.
