James Parsons Kitchen Solvers of Oklahoma City Owner

Introducing James Parsons, new owner of Kitchen Solvers of Oklahoma City!

James joined the military in 2008. He was a firefighter in the U.S. Air Force for three years before returning to Oklahoma to finish his enlistment in the Air Guard as an airframe mechanic. While attending college, he worked as a window installer for a local company. Then he began working for the U.S. Air Force as a civilian, writing contracts for telecommunications in the final year of his college career. He moved into financial/budget analysis after completing his degree.

If James’ work background wasn’t impressive enough, he also is a father to triplets, who were born in 2017. He enjoys spending time with his wife and children, lifting weights, and reading.

Why Kitchen Solvers

James was looking for more control and flexibility in his work life. He didn’t feel overly connected to working on government spreadsheets all day. He is incredibly motivated and driven and thought he could become an expert in something different. After doing some research on franchise opportunities, James started to really like what he saw in Kitchen Solvers. He was really interested in the “why” of Kitchen Solvers. He got excited about the idea to create something and see the process through from start to finish.

When asked about his experience with Kitchen Solvers, James mentioned, “compared to other remodeling franchises, Kitchen Solvers feels much less “corporate”. Some felt like they were selling a middle management job. Insane regulations are a big part of why I disliked my current position. The other thing I liked was that the franchisees seemed to genuinely enjoy running their businesses.”

James is looking forward to seeing the value he adds to the work he provides his clients. He’s excited about a fresh new adventure that he can dive into and succeed at. With his strong core values, extensive work experience, and passion for helping others, the Kitchen Solvers family knows he’ll be successful in his venture.
