Matt Salaices Owner of Kitchen Solvers of North Indianapolis

Matt Salaices has joined the Kitchen Solvers family and is looking forward to bringing the Pleasant Remodeling Experience to the North Indianapolis, Indiana and surrounding areas! Matt has already started training in La Crosse, Wisconsin to learn about business operations, financing, marketing, sales, and installation. He is no stranger to hard work, but he has been looking for a business that he is passionate about. His drive to succeed, along with the support from the Kitchen Solvers Home Office and vendor partners, will allow him to develop and build his legacy!

Background

Matt is an Army veteran of 14 years. He was discharged in 2017 as a combat arms soldier and leader. After the Army, he has worked multiple jobs from account manager at a roofing company to an operations manager at a veteran-owned gym for kids. Most recently, before beginning his venture as a Kitchen Solvers owner, he was working for the Federal government helping veterans get the benefits they deserve.

Hobbies/Interests

Matt enjoys woodworking, doing projects around the house, and spending time with his family. He also enjoys playing video games, staying fit, golfing, and the occasional cigar.

Why Kitchen Solvers

In November 2020, Matt became aware of Kitchen Solvers when IFPG consultant, Gary Chernow reached out to him with the opportunity to become a business owner. He never imagined himself owning a business, much less a remodeling business, but was very excited about the opportunity to present potential clients with the pleasant remodeling experience.

He got excited about the opportunity to become his own boss and base his successes and failures solely on his own decisions and choices rather than being subject to someone else’s standards. Matt’s Army training which instilled discipline, attention to detail, hard work, integrity, honesty and respect will be the perfect foundation to help him succeed as a Kitchen Solvers owner. He has a passion for treating each home as if it were his own and each client as if they are the most important person in the world.
