Introducing Julio Balderas, new owner of Kitchen Solvers of Houston!

Kitchen Solvers is pleased to announce a new partnership with Julio Balderas as the owner of Kitchen Solvers of Houston. Julio has an engineering and business background in the steel industry. Although he hasn’t worked in contracting or kitchen remodeling, Julio’s extensive career background will give him a strong foundation for building a successful business, based around the pleasant remodeling experience.

Background

Julio has an extensive engineering background and his Master’s degree in Business Administration. He worked primarily in the steel industry, and from very early on in his career was involved in key international commerce roles buying and selling. Julio was born in Mexico, but after his employer asked him to move to Houston, Texas, he decided to make it his home.

Hobbies/Interests

When Julio is not working, he enjoys skiing and golfing. 

Why Kitchen Solvers

When asked, why Kitchen Solvers, Julio mentioned he’s always wanted to be his own boss and be proud of what he can achieve. After having to leave his previous job, he decided it was time to do something different with good potential, along with a structured plan. That is why he decided franchising would be best for him. After being reached out to by a franchise agent, Julio started learning about the different possible options for him.

After reviewing his options, Julio decided to go with Kitchen Solvers because, he feels the kitchen is the heart of the home and it should be remodeled or updated. Whether it is because people are staying longer in the home they own, or because those homes are sold and new owners have different preferences, the kitchen will always be a primary space to refresh.

Julio states, “The energy from everyone helped me decide to own a Kitchen Solvers. I can see that they are very involved and extremely capable. I look forward to making my business a very successful one in my territory.”

Julio is exceptional at managing a good team and as his business grows, he will be sure to run a smooth operation. Getting tips and support from other successful franchisees as well as the Home Office will allow him to replicate the success in his territory.
