Kody brings a strong background in sales, project management, and home remodeling, making him a perfect fit to deliver the high-quality service and expert craftsmanship that Kitchen Solvers is known for. 

A Passion for Home Improvement 

Kody’s journey to Kitchen Solvers began with his extensive experience in the commercial tire industry, where he worked as a mechanic and service technician for six years before transitioning into sales for eight years. His passion for remodeling led him to project management in corporate home remodeling. His hands-on experience and dedication to craftsmanship makes him an excellent addition to the Kitchen Solvers family. 

From Discovery to Ownership 

Kody first learned about Kitchen Solvers while attending a lead-safe certification class for remodeling. A fellow attendee mentioned they were opening a franchise in Grand Island, Nebraska. Whether he heard the name correctly or not, Kitchen Solvers stuck in his mind, and he took it as a sign that this was the right opportunity for him. 

Entrepreneurial Drive 

Kody’s decision to become a business owner was driven by a defining moment early in his career. When seeking advancement in a corporate job, he was told that without a degree, there was no opportunity for growth. That moment ignited a desire to work for himself, proving that success isn’t limited by traditional paths. Years later, he had the opportunity to return as a sales representative to the very office that doubted his potential, marking a personal and professional victory.
