Kitchen Solvers has a structured initial training that consists of 70 hours of cabinet refacing, business training in accounting, business management, financial management, personnel management, marketing and advertising, sales and operations. There is also an immersive 22 hours of on-the-job training. During this time we tailor the training to you to make sure we’re covering the topics that are less familiar to you and answering all of your questions. We make sure that when you leave La Crosse, Wisconsin, you’ll feel ready to launch the business, but also know that you will still need our continued support and training as you approach new situations.
